Duties:
We are seeking a motivated Engineering Intern/Associate Engineer who is eager to contribute across multiple areas of software engineering based on business priorities. In this role, you will work closely with development and testing teams to understand existing systems, debug issues, build new features, and develop scripts or tools that improve efficiency. You will participate in manual and automated testing, collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand requirements and identify risks early, support field testing and system performance monitoring, and document root cause analyses, designs, test plans, test results, and defect reports. You will also work alongside customer support teams to investigate field issues, reproduce problems, and help define actionable improvements for future sprints. The ideal candidate is pursuing or has recently completed a degree in Engineering or a related field and possesses coursework, personal project experience, internships, or up to 1–2 years of professional experience in development or testing. Exposure to IoT or embedded systems, familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C, C++, or JavaScript, and experience with tools like Selenium, Playwright, JIRA, TestRail, AWS, or Agile/Scrum methodologies are considered a plus. Most importantly, we are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a genuine curiosity and drive to continuously learn and enhance their technical skills. Hardware Engineer

We are looking to hire a Hardware Engineer with hands-on experience across the complete hardware development lifecycle, including requirements definition, schematic design, PCB design review, prototyping, testing, validation, manufacturing support, and field troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should also be capable of providing firmware support, working closely with embedded software teams for board bring-up, debugging hardware-software integration issues, validating firmware functionality on target hardware, and supporting product releases. Experience with embedded systems, communication protocols, and root-cause analysis is highly desirable. Must have legal authority to work in the US.
